At Capstone Collaborators, LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality support and resources to educators and school leaders. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the nature of our services.

1. Consulting Services & Workshops
Deposits and Payments

Some engagements may require a deposit or prepayment to secure your scheduled consultation, workshop, or training.

Payment terms and due dates will be clearly outlined in your written agreement or invoice.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for consulting services are not automatically issued once planning or delivery has begun. This includes prep time for custom materials, communication, and scheduling.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to our Cancellation Policy or contact us directly. We aim to be flexible when possible.

Exceptions

If Capstone Collaborators, LLC must cancel a confirmed engagement and cannot reschedule, a full refund or credit will be issued.

2. Digital Downloads
Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. This includes templates, guides, checklists, or other downloadable materials.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., the file won’t open or download), we’re happy to help resolve it or send a replacement file.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll issue a refund or credit for the duplicate.

3. General Notes

Refunds, when granted, will be returned using the original payment method.

Requests must be made in writing (email is fine) within 7 business days of the service or purchase.
