Learn how our comprehensive Capstone for All program develops all dimensions of new graduation measures nationwide and is particularly aligned with the New York State Portrait of a Graduate.

Our background
We, Cindy and Lisa, are two veteran teachers who created, taught, and are now advocates of Capstone for All, a comprehensive English course that integrates ELA, project-based learning, and all dimensions of the NYS Portrait of a Graduate. We learned first-hand through trial and error, and dozens of classes of students how the course engages diverse learners as individuals with varied interests in ways traditional curriculum accomplishes far less effectively or efficiently.
